Delivery

Our products are delivered via our network of preferred local florists. Delivery is available Monday to Saturday to all 50 states and Canada. Sunday delivery is not available. For same day delivery – orders must be placed before 1:00PM in the recipient's time zone. During peak holiday periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, Easter, etc.) same day delivery cutoff time may be earlier. Normal delivery hours for our preferred florists are between 9:00AM and 7:00PM.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Substitution

Substitution may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. There shall be no substitution in type of arrangement that is, no change in size or shape.

Can I modify or cancel my order after I place it?

Modifying orders is not currently available directly through our App, but please contact our customer care at support@pocketflowers.com and we will try our best to help you provided that the process of fulfilling the flower order has not already begun by your local florist.

How do I check the status of my order?

Please remember that our normal delivery hours are 9:00am to 7:00pm in the recipient's time zone and sometimes the recipient is too busy or unable to call and say thank you immediately.

You can check your order status in the Order Status section of the settings section in the app. If you still have questions, email us at support@pocketflowers.com

I gifted flowers to a friend but did not know their address and sent them an Email/SMS, when will they receive the flowers and how do you get their address?

Pocket Flowers makes it easy to send flowers to friends and family even if you don't have their address on hand. Once you send them an email or SMS, they will receive a link which upon clicking, will take them to a website where they can enter in their delivery address and delivery date. We will only then schedule the delivery once we have this information. If we do not receive this information within 1 week of you sending them these flowers via this method, you will be refunded the cost of the flowers.

Do you offer delivery outside the continental United States?

Sorry at this time Pocket Flowers only delivers to the continental USA and Canada.

Can you deliver to military (APO/AFO) addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to military (APO/AFO) addresses at this time. We are working on a future solution to address this.
